I qualified from St Marys Hospital Paddington in 1986 and then took up GP vocational training at Cuckfield Hospital.

I became a GP Principle at Cuckfield in 1990. I further specialised and gained a Diploma in Sports and Exercise followed by an MSc in the same subject. I am now a GPwSI in Musculoskeletal disorders and as such can accept referrals from other GPs in the local area to the upper limb clinic.

Patients can make appointments to see me if they think my skills are appropriate to their problem. Alternatively book with any of the GPs and they will ask me for advice in management or advise you to book an appointment to see me.

After qualifying from Cambridge University I spent 3 years in Pathology and medical research before entering General Practice. I have worked at Cuckfield since 1995 and have been a partner since 2005. I have run Dermatology clinics in Primary Care since 1992 and have been a GPwSI (GP with special interest) since 2000 accepting referrals from other GPs in the area.

I am happy to deal with any skin problems and you can specifically ask to be booked in to see me if you have a skin problem. Alternatively come and see any of the GPs and they will refer you to me if they think it necessary, or ask my advice on management of the condition. I am also closely involved in Diabetic care in Cuckfield.

I teach 2nd year Medical Students from Brighton University on a Thursday afternoon and am also a GP Appraiser. I have recently become a GP trainer and look forward to developing my skills in GP education.
