Why use our Online Services?
Cuckfield Medical Practice and The Vale Surgery would like to encourage more of our patients to sign up for online services. With 24 hours a day access via a computer or mobile phone app you can access the following facilities via your online account
With up to 4 weeks worth of available GP appointments to choose from you can book online for a time that is convenient for you.
No longer need your GP appointment? Via online services you can login and cancel your booking.
Forgotten when you are due to come in for your appointment? Your online account records all future appointments. You can also view past appointments.
You can view regular medication and order your medication online. This request will come through to the Practice and will be processed within 3 working days.

Do you have a brief question for a Clinician? The GP will provide a short response if appropriate via the Reception staff. (Questions are for non-urgent enquiries and may not get a same day response).
Changes to your Record
You can change the Pharmacy we send your prescription to, change your address details, change your contact details and change your account password at the click of a button.
How to sign up for Online Services
Consent is included in the Registration form. Please note that we are unable to give you your online login details at the time of registration as the system will not allow us to do so until we have received your patient information from your previous GP Practice, this can take up to 7-10 days. When your patient information has been received we will send you an email asking you to verify your email address. Once this has been done we will send you a username and password to access online services via a link on the front page of our website.
Already a registered patient:
To access online services you will need to complete an online access application form which can be downloaded here, when this is completed please send by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. DO NOT COME TO THE PRACTICE. Upon receipt you will be provided with an online username and password which will be sent to you via email. Once you have these, you will be able to access your online account from the front page of our website, please note that you will need to change your password when you first use your account.
